Granola (Not Low Oxalate--not Paleo--has almonds and oats!!)

Granola SP Style

1/4 cup pecans chopped
1/4 cup macadamia nuts chopped
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1/4 cup almonds chopped
1/4 cup coconut milk
4 packages of stevia powder (I used NuNaturals)
1 T. Walnut oil

Mix top five ingredients together, stir, add stevia and walnut oil, stir again. Pour out onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 until golden brown and toasted.
Makes four scant 1/2 cup servings.
