Shirred Eggs
1 T. butter, warmed and smeared on the inside of a small ramekin (you can also use coconut oil, or olive oil)
2 eggs
2 T. cream (or coconut milk)
1 t. chives
salt and pepper to taste.
Butter ramekin, crack two eggs into it, pour in cream, sprinkle with chives, salt, and pepper and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let set for five minutes, enjoy!
This is one of my favorite recipes from my mom, reminds me of Christmas. :)

Hi! The diet is going well, kinda. I feel like it works if I stick to it but if I stray in the littlest bit I'm back to square one.
It's so frustrating!
I'm glad you're doing kind of sort of okay. As well as possible I hope!
